How are those Halloween plans coming?

With Halloween right around the corner (just ask retailers), it is time to start planning the spookiest time of the year! After all, there is a lot to do: “crafting” a stellar, original costume (read: Target), choosing a neighborhood that gives out full-size candy bars with well-lit streets and safe sidewalks; placing an order with Busken’s, er, um I mean breaking out the ye ol’cookbooks to plan the perfect treats for P’s preschool. Yep, lots to do.

So with Halloween on the brain yesterday, I was doing a little internet searching and came across something that sounds terrific. Winton Woods hosts a Creepy Halloween Campout for families each weekend in October filled with fun things for the whole family to do – magic shows, pumpkin carving, trick or treating…the list goes on and on. A whole lotta fall fun packed into a weekend.

You can get all the details here. Hurry though, as they only accept registrations for the weekends until September 8th – make sure you follow the directions closely so you don’t miss out!

Editor’s Note: While we try our best to be accurate, sometimes event details/information can change. We highly recommend our readers visit the website of the business or event we’ve written about before taking any action.
