I wanted to let you all know about a very special event taking place this weekend in Ft. Wright. It’s the HealthPoint HopeBox Derby and it’s a family friendly event that raises money for the Pike Street Clinic in Covington.
The event runs from 10:30 – 5pm Saturday and is FREE to attend. In addition to soap box races they’ve got a lot of fun activities planned and a great children’s area with inflatables and games.
If you are not familiar, the Pike Street Clinic is an important organization that provides medical care for northern Kentucky’s homeless population.
Here’s a flyer with complete details. I hope you’ll consider coming out and supporting the Pike Street Clinic. Last year’s event raised more than $40,000 for the clinic!
