Everything old is new again
A couple weeks ago, we took P to Disney on Ice as most of you know. While we were there, I was flooded with amazing memories of all the Disney films that I loved so much. I was shocked and ashamed at my bad mothering realizing P had never seen so many of these classics.
That is why I was so excited at the news that Disney Pixar were releasing Toy Story and Toy Story 2. And in 3-D no less!
Doug and I took P, along with my preggo sister V, to the first screening on Friday at Springdale Cinema De Lux 18. (Side note: I LOVE THAT THEATER – delightfully comfy chairs and every seat in the house is awesome. And HELLO? Nathan Hot Dogs? Yum.)

During the intermission - dig the Jack Nicholson'esque 3-D glasses
It was better than I remembered and it was so much fun to see it through her eyes. She’d yell out in glee when toys she plays with everyday came on the screen. Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head being her favorite. I was a little worried that two full length features would be more than P could handle. But she was terrific and the time flew by.
