I know everyone is thinking of turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie but I wanted to share something I recently learned of. We are always looking for something to do with our kids that may introduce them to something they’ve never experienced. That’s why when I got the information about this from my daughter’s school, I thought I’d share it!
Sorg Opera is featuring “The Search for Santa”, a Kinderconcert. According to the flyer “The same charming holiday story with new music and choreography” and “Children and adults alike will enjoy this holiday musical treat showcasing the music arts”!
The event will feature the Gem City Ballet, Comedic Juggler Mike Hemmelgarn, MYS Festival Strings and the Big Guy Santa himself!!
The concert will take place Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Dave Finkelman Auditorium on the Miami Middletown Campus. The times are 1PM and 4PM. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth (12 & under). There will also be a shuttle to run from the parking lot to the auditorium!
