Our family loves a good game. To be more specific, we love a heated game of UNO. Playing games with your children is not only a great way to spend quality time with them, but its also a great way to incorporate learning in a fun way.

I mention this because I got an email about a cool event at Joseph-Beth.

On Saturday, December 5 at 2:00 pm families are invited to Joseph-Beth’s Rookwood location to learn about the newest games out this holiday season. Attendees will learn about all of the education and learning opportunities that these games provide and have a chance to try out games like Fish Stix, Baffle, and The Scrambled States of America (My boys would love this game as they are obsessed with state capitals right now). Families participating in game day will receive a discount on games that day and kids will receive a free Z wind-up toy.
My youngest son and I are going on a date Saturday afternoon and will be stopping by. Be sure to let us know if you are going too!
