Attention All Swashbucklers!
Ahoy! We have a great giveaway for all of our pirate families out there. Thanks to BB Riverboats, we have a certificate for a Family Four Pack of tickets for a BB Riverboats Pirate Cruise to be used this summer. You may remember the post I wrote last summer about how much fun my little pirates had on the cruise. It’s a dream come true for kids, not just any old boat ride on the river – there are planks to be walked, decks to be washed, and most importantly…treasure to be found! The cruise is fun for children of all ages, it’s a bit like going to Neverland where nobody wants to grow up, I think I enjoyed it as much as the kids!

A certificate for 4 Passages aboard a BB Riverboat Pirate Cruise (Reservations required). Expires August 31st 2012.

Enter the contest (four chances to enter!). Winner will be chosen on Wednesday, June 6th 2012 at 2pm using Random.org. The winner will be announced here on this post, and on the Family Friendly Cincinnati facebook page. The winner will have 48 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen.

My kids love pirates its one of their favorite games to play! We love the river boats it’s on of the cool advantages to living by the river
Our Children keep asking if there are real pirates… I think having the experience of being one would be great for them. LOL
my son is seven and he loves pirates of the Caribbean! he always dresses up like “Jack” with his friends and being on a boat with his swords! This would literally be a dream for him!!!!

According to my son he said it would be cool to win because he would have the chance to use words like scallywag and matey. My daughter said it would be an awesome experience and she could tell her brother to walk the plank and not get in trouble for once. My husband and I would love the opportunity to take our kids because of baseball we don’t really do much else. Funds and games typically get in our way.

We have the perfect amount of pirates (3 ten yr olds + one adult
to go on the cruise! They are die hard pirate fans and have attended every movie on first release of Pirates of the Caribbean. All of their birthdays are pirate themed and one even dresses as captain Jack on special occasions. It would mean the world to them to actually cruise on a “pirate ship” Thank you!!!!

We live in Minnesota, but my husband’s family is from Cincinnati. We try to visit family every year, this year will most deffinately be tough to come up with the financing.
I was hospitalized in Jan. and April so that speaks for itself.
We are also trying to fix the basement bdrm which has mold in it. And on top of all the everyday delema, my eldest daughter almost lost her life twice within 2 days and was in an induced coma for 6 days and I needed to travel to Las Vegas to help her recuperate for 2 months.
We will have been married for 27 years and never had a real Honeymoon. Our real one was destroyed by overbooking our suite. We have 2 young adorable grandchildren who would so appreciate and enjoy a cruise like this.

My family and I love B&B! I took my mother on your cruise along with 6 family members right after she had started chemo for stage 4 inflammatory breast cancer. She had been given almost no chance of recovery. Her hair was gone along with her self esteem. I dressed her all up and tied on a beautiful head wrap. Your staff treated her like a queen. She was too sick to eat the food, but was so happy. I really think this was the turning point in our journey. She began to rally and has been in full remission for 2 years. It took a lot of surgery, chemo, and doctors to get her there, but simple kindness was the magic that helped heal her. We are all so thankful for her recovery. Thank you so much to all the staff.
