Taste of Belgium-Short Vine’s Newest Neighbor

tasteofbelgium-logoWe are all big Taste of Belgium fans around here.  Amazing waffles, delicious Belgian frites, Belgian beers, and so many other tasty treats…what’s not to love?!

Back in July we shared a guest post by Erin of A Bird and a Bean about her family’s experience at the Bistro on Vine in Over the Rhine.  If you frequent Findlay Market then you’ve probably had a taste or two of the samples while you were there (my favorite part of my shopping trip!)  And if you are in Northern Kentucky then you’ve likely heard of the Friendly Market on Norbotten Drive in Florence.  Today we’re here to tell you about the newest Taste of Belgium location on Short Vine!!

All of the deliciousness of the other Taste of Belgium locations, of course, but another convenient location for you to get your waffle fix!  Here’s a little about the new location from Taste of Belgium-

Our Short Vine location at 2845 Vine St. is our newest restaurant/bar.  We are excited to be a part of the rejuvenation happening in Corryville near the University of Cincinnati Main Campus and the Cincinnati Zoo.  We have all of the favorites that our diners have come to love at our original OTR location- Waffle and Chicken, Mussels and Frites, plus new menu items like our delicious Grilled Cheese loaded with 3 types of cheese, ham, apples, shallots, and a bechamel sauce.  In addition to our great menu, we have an extensive beer and wine list, which includes 24 beers on tap. There is plenty of parking around the back of the restaurant which can be accessed on E. University Ave. The great food and convenient parking make Taste of Belgium Short Vine a fantastic spot to get a bite and warm up after a winter trip to zoo or watch a UC home game on one of our many tv’s. Stop by this holiday season and Eat, Drink, and Live like a Belgian!
