Our friends at Junior Cuts salon (go here to read our post about this amazing salon), a new kids’ hair salon located inside Recreations Outlet in Milford, are back with another exciting giveaway for our Family Friendly Cincinnati subscribers.
This week (May 12 – May 18) marks the 95th annual Children’s Book Week, the annual celebration of books for young people and the joy of reading. Every year, a variety of special events and promotions are held nationwide at schools, libraries, bookstores, homes, and anywhere young readers and books can connect. With a common commitment to helping children live full and healthy lives, Junior Cuts is excited to celebrate and promote this important literacy initiative with a variety of in-store discounts and online giveaways.
Throughout the week, the salon will feature the official Book of the Year finalists for each age group as well as childhood favorites of their stylists and customers and share kid-friendly puzzles and games celebrating Children’s Book Week.
In addition to promoting the value of books and reading, the salon is also providing multiple opportunities for their customers and Family Friendly Cincinnati subscribers to earn valuable discounts and multiple chances to win a haircut and product gift package worth $35. To save 25% on your child’s haircut this week, bring a new or gently used children’s book to the salon to donate to charity or bring one of your child’s completed Children’s Book Week bookmarks or puzzles to the salon. You can access the puzzles at www.JuniorCuts.com/promotions.
