BB Riverboats Pirate CruiseFall is upon us, and Halloween is fast approaching (says the Mama that is going to try her hand at MAKING costumes this year).  Sometimes it’s hard to find family friendly Halloween fun that isn’t too spooky for the little ones.  Luckily, BB Riverboats has the perfect family friendly event that’s not-so-scary.  They will be hosting two “Haunted Pirates of the Ohio” cruises in October and you have a chance to win one!  I’ve taken my kids on their Pirate Cruises in the past, and they really are a fun time for all.  They keep the kids busy and entertained for an hour and half and I was entertained watching all the pirate antics while taking in the gorgeous views along the great Ohio River.  I have been recommending this Pirate Cruise to families for years, it’s a memorable outing for everyone.

Come join a Halloween twist of our Pirates of the Ohio cruise this fall. Round up the children and enjoy this 1½ hour fall cruise on the Ohio River. Party with our pirates by showing off your Halloween costume (costume not required), play some Halloween games, and receive your bounty of treats. If you enjoyed our Summer Pirates of the Ohio cruises, this cruise is definitely for you!

The tours will be held on Saturday October 11th and Saturday October 25th from 3:00 – 4:30

    I have liked the pages and made comments, thought this would be great for my nephew. He doesn’t get to do much and has had a rough year. He is six and will probably be a super hero. Last Year he was captain America and looked awesome! Can’t wait to see his costume this year.

    My girls costumes are too good to tell, I don’t want any copy cats but we are excited about them. My son is going as a zombie. I already have liked both pages and receive the newsletter. I do not have a tweeter but I am now following on Instagram. This would be a great day for my son because everything is always geared to the girls!!!!

    My wife is pregnant with our first child and wants to dress as a skeleton (black jumpsuit with white bones) showing a baby skeleton in her belly! Think Karate Kid meets pregnancy. I’ve been really wanting to dress as a cross between Freddy Mercury and Freddy Krueger (Freddy Mercury Krueger!!).

    My youngest daughter is going as Missouri Jane. It’s a very creative costume that she made herself (little help from Nana). She can’t wait to wear it to Kings Island and see if anyone can guess who she’s dressed as.

    This year we will be a mermaid (2 year old daughter), a unicorn (Mommy–me), and possibly a Cyclops for Daddy. Mythological creatures! And I will be making it all. Last year we were Star Wars characters. It is great to have family themed costumes. 🙂
