The 2014 holiday season has arrived in Cincinnati. There is so much going on all over the Tri-State, and there is plenty of festive fun happening north of the city. - Hamilton’s Annual Tree Lighting – 5:30 p.m. – enjoy carolers, hot cocoa and a visit from Santa – FREE – Butler County Courthouse – 101 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio. You can also visit Main Street for the Main Street Music Fest from 6-8 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 27:
- 10K on Turkey Day or 5K Run/Walk – Before you enjoy your Thanksgiving meal, you can take part in the 10K on Turkey Day hosted by Deerfield Township and Lifetime Fitness. Proceeds benefit the Mason Food Pantry and the Lifetime Foundation . Registration now underway. Race time is 8 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 29:
- Deerfield Township Tree Lighting – 5- 7 p.m. – enjoy a petting zoo, Santa’s arrival, holiday music and the turning on the lights of the big Christmas Tree – FREE – 5503 Deerfield Blvd.

- Mason Food Pantry – donations welcomed for non-perishable food items, canned goods, personal hygiene & health care items as well as monetary donations – 406 4th Avenue, Mason, Ohio.
