Do your kids enjoy theatre? Are you looking for camps for your kids this summer? Then be sure to put The Carnegie’s Camp Carnegie theatre workshops at the top of your list.
Each summer The Carnegie hosts six-day theatre workshops for children ages 7-15. This year, students will bring local art to life in the Otto M. Budig Theatre during Camp Carnegie 2-D to Life. Throughout the course of the workshop, students will explore the story buried in a piece of art and create characters, plot lines, conflict, and more.
There’s tons of hands-on art making – from character and costume design, to script writing and set design.
This year there are eight six-day sessions for Camp Carnegie:
Session 1: June 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 | 1 to 5:00pm
Session 2: June 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 | 8:30am to 12:30pm
