Summerfair Returns to Coney

Summerfair returns for its 44th year June 3, 4 and 5 and we’ve got a 4-pack of tickets to giveaway!!!

This year Summerfair will feature more than 300 artists and craftspeople from around the country as well as regional performers, a variety of gourmet arts, and a Youth Arts Rocks! area for kids.

Among the multitude of activities occurring at the fair, and my children’s favorite part, the Youth Arts Rock! area is a special place featuring hands-on activities for kids including t-shirt design and hand painted flowerpots, as well as jugglers, magicians, face painters and other kid-friendly entertainment.

Win Tickets: As we mentioned, we’ve got a 4-pack of tickets to giveaway (don’t forget kids under 12 are Free)!  Contest will run through Sunday, May 29th and 8pm and is open to Greater Cincinnati residents. Winners will have 24 hours to respond.

To Enter:
Leave a comment with your favorite type of art – paintings, sculpture, jewelry, print making, etc.

Bonus Entries (not mandatory), Leave a comment for EACH one you do.

If you don’t win the tickets, this is still one great way to spend an afternoon with your family. Tickets are just $10.00 with children 12 and under admitted free. Advance one day, or multi-day tickets are available online by clicking here.  Hours for the fair are 2 to 8pm Friday; 10am to 8pm Saturday; and 10am to 5pm Sunday. Parking is included in the ticket price. The fair will be held rain or shine. Complete details for Summerfair can be found on its website.

    My 5yr old has taken a huge interest in art lately. Mostly drawing and photography. She surprises me sometimes with the photos she takes. She just has a hugely creative side. I bet this would give me a ton of new ideas for things to do with her.

    I have never been to Summerfair, but always wanted to go. I would love to be able to go and take my family! The kids love crafts and would have alot of fun!     We are a craft loving family! That is how we spent most of the winter. I went to Summerfair with my mom growing up and loved to look at the jewelry. What a great event for Cincinnati families each year!

    We love to do recycle art. We use toilet paper rolls, cans, jars and paper to cut, paint, glue and make the perfect creation.

    I LOVE Summerfair! My favorite is the stuff for your yard – like to put in the garden, etc… there were these giant metal flowers a few years ago – I wanted one so bad!!!!
